Here is a neat bench that I built out of scrap 2x4 cedar that came from a demolished deck. It only took about 5 hours to build. Only simple tools are needed. As soon as my friends saw it, they all wanted one. When made with new clear cedar, you can fetch a couple of hundred dollars for one of these! I got the design from the book, "Great Outdoor 2x4 Furniture" that the wifey bought me. It has lots of great plans such as gazebos, chairs, tables, plant stands, and lots more.
